Act 3: Story The Polystar executive takes immediate action and begins retconning crossovers from Polystar’s other IP’s into “The Sands of Space”, namely all the characters from The Vindicators, including Chinnos. This significantly inflates the budget and makes everyone at Polystar comfortable again since over-budget movies are the only ones they know how to handle. Krusty is furious but the Polystar executive explains that the fine print in his contract gives Polystar full control over crossovers, so Krusty has no choice but to include these new superheroes in his film. The results are a trainwreck, and the new superheroes are so difficult to work with that Krusty can no longer take his lazy approach to directing. He then has no choice but to call on the only person he’s ever worked with in showbiz that wasn’t completely lazy, Sideshow Bob.
