Went to Bobcaygeon yesterday - did a little shopping and then Stephtopia and I went for lunch at this really good fish and chips place we found there last year (Just for the Halibut) :D
I got a nice blue zip up hoodie at one of the trendy shops we went to. I also got some comfy socks at another store.
We walked from shop to shop and took our time (about 2 hours shopping)… but my bad ankle decided it wasn’t happy, so it really hurt by the time we decided to go get lunch.
Sooooo I got a cold compress from the pharmacy (which I used yesterday after it had been in the cottage freezer for an hour), and some sports tape to wrap my ankle up on Monday - when we go walking around Haliburton… shopping. :D

Thanks, Katbird - icing and resting my ankle has made it feel much better. I’m hoping the sports tape willl help support it on Monday when we go to Haliburton, but we probably won’t be doing as much walking around there :). I’m sorry to hear about your back *hugs* ♥️
