With all the talk of crisps/chips… I thought of you all when I saw this.
One of the birds I had many years ago (the cockatiel) would apply the chips tax if she was out and we were having a snack of chips. Mind you, she thought that she could apply a tax for any food we were eating around her. *joy*

When I was a kid we had 2 parakeets and 2 bee bee parrots. My uncle had a parakeet that would sit on his shoulder when he was eating and bite his ear if my uncle didn't give him a bite. :D
