They have pre-emptively decided that there will be no school here tomorrow (my sister is a teacher, and she got the email about an hour ago). :oThis never (well, very very rarely) happens for schools in Toronto. First cancelling a week and a half ago on the morning of a storm, now cancelling a day ahead because of a storm! :o
