Fyi - walking the dog 3 times a day (4 on Saturday - long story) is not a good thing when you have a partially torn ligament in one of your ankles… it was painful at first… then super painful… by Sunday it was really bad.
I mean, she’s totally worth the pain, but I’m glad I’m home now and able to rest my ankle. It still hurts. But not as much. ♥️

Bella defo does - she shows me with snuggles and kisses. I think she knew something was off with my ankle - she’d stop and look at me during our walks this weekend to see if I was ok to keep going. She’s a good girl. ♥️

Oh! And I had my massage yesterday, so after that I stopped by my pharmacy (had to go there to get some meds anyway) and got a new ankle brace/stabilizer - I can’t wear it while walking (my boot/shoe won’t for over it), so I’ll continue to use my ankle support while walking (that one does for), and ...View More
