Me yesterday. I kind of overdid it with the front yard clean up… which I defo shouldn’t have done because I have been sick all week (I have a cold… it was sort of starting before my niece came home with her cold last week, so not her fault). Afterward I really wasn’t feeling great, and decided that I needed to snuggle up in my blankie and rest for the remainder of the day. I knew better. BUT I also knew if I didn’t then my dad would go out there and do it. I don’t want him doing that stuff because he has been known to lose his balance when bending down to pick things up… and I’d rather that not happen. The lawn is free of loose sticks from the trees (there were a lot of them)… and some stones that came from the driveway (accidentally shoveled with the snow on to my lawn in various places by my neighbour… in the fall/autumn they had a plumbing emergency and the stones are a temporary cover to the access point which is in our shared driveway).
