Back home from the cottage now - we left in the morning, and I got home just before 11am. Once more or less settled, I had a nice long bunny nap because we were up late last night, and woke up stoopid early so we could have tea, finish packing, and load the car. We got all of my stuff out of the car just before it started to pour (it’s been raining on and off here today). Gotta say - it’s nice having good fast internet again. But I will miss the cottage quiet. :)Yesterday, we went to Bobcaygeon. It was stoooopid hot. We did some browsing/shopping (I’ll show you what I bought later :D ), and had a late lunch at a local fish and chips place. As my niece works at a fish and chips place, she decided to have a burger instead. :DBy the time we got back to the cottage, I was feeling a bit icky because of being out in the stoopid hot, so I decided to just chill the rest of the evening (literally - cottage a/c was on… it’s made a huge difference this year - it’s nice to not be hot and feel the humidity on the stoopid hot days). :D
