I am on permanent anti-psychotic medication for life. Without them I'm manic! Just the fact you've reached out about depression is enough for me to suggest you try them. They arent instant and you will have to keep going until you find the right balance ♡

Went for a walk this morning into my home town which took 50 mins then bump into the people I volunteer for then I joined in as they were doing mental health awareness stall stuff so that helped with this morning :smile: (now back to my thoughts :cold_sweat:)
