Spending this morning arguing with EDF energy over a disgusting amount they just took from my bank which is £100s more than I ever agreed too! :grin:

Brooders Call your bank and invoke the Direct Debit guarantee - they'll get it back for you. Then you can sort a payment to EDF to suit you - providing it's somewhere near what the price rises are likely to cost you.
