I let it soak for a few hours, after removing the electrical parts. It had a small leak around the hot plate, the soaking water looked very dark ind.

My husband made coffee one morning and didn't put the pot in all the way. The coffe had no where to go and you can imagine the mess.

The grey ones are my-k-cup type l. They are good to go. The black ones are for type ll and are missing about half the parts.
