My week off has been spoilt a little by the inevitable cough and cold ( it appears to be a new law in the UK that you have to catch something every month! :grimacing:). On a day of mindfulness today, should be fun mindfully coughing and sneezing:grin:.

I have had a busy couple of days - we switched internet/tv providers, and are now on fibre network :grinning: Installed and set up the new boxes yesterday (took a lot longer than I would have liked, but doing it myself saved money). Today returned the old boxes and modem to the old provider.

And I did that all on very little sleep (4 hours Thursday night, 3 hours last night :confused:). I haven’t been getting much sleep lately (about 2 months now)… likely a side effect from a new medication.
