Katbird Yes, that's a speed camera warning sign. Doesn't necessarily mean there actually is a fixed speed camera. It may just be an area that is used for mobile speed camera checks by the police. Its also used as a deterrent, just by putting up the signs, might make people slow down.

We don't have that here that I know of. Over here, if the cops are taking radar, they don't want you to know. Years ago there was a DJ that would announce where the cops had radar set up and the cops got very upset about it. :laughing:

We have speed cameras here. I know a grumpy old British man that recently got a ticket from one… :grinning:

You know, it looks like the camera sign is telling cyclists that they can’t take pictures, but it’s ok for everyone else. Perhaps they should have put the cyclist sign directly below the no right turn sign :joy:
